WBJEE BPharm Counselling 2024: Round 1 Choice Filling Deadline Today

New Delhi: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conclude the choice-filling process for the WBJEE counselling 2024 for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) course today, September 23. Candidates who have registered for WBJEE BPharma counselling 2024 can access the choice-filling process by visiting the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.in.

Candidates can select the type of registration and enter their roll number and password to log in and access the WBJEE 2024 choice-filling process. As per the schedule, the WBJEE 2024 seat allotment result will be announced on September 25. The board will allot seats based on preference, WBJEE rank and seat availability.

If a candidate forgets or fails to lock their choices within the given time limit during WBJEE BPharma counselling, the system will automatically consider their last saved choices as final. These choices will be locked by default after the deadline passes. This means:

1. No manual locking required: Even if a candidate does not lock their choices, the system will automatically lock the most recently saved preferences.
2. Last saved choices will be considered: Whatever preferences were saved by the candidate before the deadline will be considered final and will be used for seat allotment.
3. No further modifications: After automatic locking, candidates will not be able to modify or rearrange their choices.

So, it is important to save preferences regularly while filling choices, even if you forgot to lock them manually, as the saved list will be taken into consideration. Shortlisted candidates will have to report at the allotted institutes for document verification and admission from September 25 to September 28.

To make choices for WBJEE BPharma counselling 2024, candidates need to follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website: Visit the official WBJEE counselling portal: https://wbjeeb.nic.in/
2. Login: Use your WBJEE roll number, password and security pin to log in to the counselling portal.
3. Choice Filling: After logging in, click on the “Choice Filling and Locking” option. Candidates will see a list of participating institutes offering BPharma courses. Select and arrange the institutes and courses based on your preferences. Candidates can select as many options as they want to increase their chances of getting a seat.
4. Save Options: After selecting your preferred options, click on the “Save” button to save the options. Review the options before locking them.
5. Locking of options: Once you are satisfied with your options, lock them before the deadline. Once the options are locked candidates will not be able to modify them.
6. Wait for seat allotment: The allotment will be based on your rank, preferences and availability of seats.
